Try this sugar free version of dalgona coffee for a frothy whipped treat with no sugar! It’s delicious, easy, and as always… vegan.
Servings: 1
1 tbsp aquafaba (liquid from a can of chickpeas)
1 tbsp soy milk (plain)
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 cup milk alternative of choice
Place first 3 ingredients into a cup and using a whisk or electric frother, whisk ingredients until they start to become foamy.
Continue whisking until the desired consistency is reached.
Once desired consistency is reached, spoon coffee foam onto the top of the remaining 1 cup of milk alternative.
